yes, easily.


place an FX down and untick enable checkbox, so its disabled.

then use a trigger to enable the fx, resulting in an explosion.

for triggers u can use a boxobjectenabler, PhysicalSwitchDI (Trigger), or though quests.

also, you can open maps from the workshop and see how triggers are set up, and such
