  1. too late techland dosnt care, do you see them replying to anything about this? they messed up and now they are just waiting for us to forget about it...be the zombie is geared towards cod losers BECAUSE 1. humans can see you through walls???!?! WTF? terrible and absolute bad call. the guy that thought he should implement survival sense in mp should dragged into the street and booted bloody. 2.take hunter out of the name. please do it now because techland...how many hunters want their prey to see them on the other side of the map. soooo dumb. do you have hunting in poland? pretty sure you do...now lets ALSO give that prey the ability to A. drop kick you because even tho your strong enough to jump off building and ground pound, your dmg is useless.i could go on. B. UV lights dont do jack after so many feet unless you have alot of power....godammit techland read first for survival scav game dont you think a UV that powerfull should run out and need more batteries? oh wait i forgot theres a cord you cant see attached to his light! LOL.....make them have to find batteries for the UV light, jesus IT MUST BE NICE TO JUMP INTO A SURVIVAL GAME AT NIGHT AND ALL YOU NEED IS A WEAPON AND A SUPER UV LIGHT, THERE DONT BE WORRIED. SO now with an update you give us a mere survival nerf spit that probably has a cooldown as long as the autobahn......so lets brake this down.... the guy making this stuff dosnt read from reviews and gives us that predicted . "I DONT CARE WHAT THE FANS LIKE OR WANT, THIS IS OUR GAME YOU DONT DARE TELL US WHAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED! WHO ARE YOU TO SUGGEST WAY BETTER THINGS!? THATS OFFENSIVE, HOW DARE YOU WE ARE TECHLAND...." This is what you need to do before you multiplayer gets a very bad reputation. -hard mode should have limited sense from both sides....this is hard mode not "OH I CANT SEE THE HUNTER/HUMAN OTHER SIDE OF THE CITY! MY ANXIETY AND SENSE OF SURPRISE AND ADVENTURE IS TOO MUCH" -PROJECTILE DAMAGE as someone has mentioned, something to pick at -UV BLOCK needs some sort of fix.you gave us a heal? thats it? are you completely serious? MAKE A BLIND FLASH FOR THE HUNTER blinding opponents -ONLY NIGHT TIME HUNTER? damn im getting tired of this weird night stuff. i understand that hes sensitive to light like a vampire but way weaker. super weak. HAVE you not made enough MONEY of your suckered fan base that you cant go back to WORK and create more content? yes PICK UP YOU OVERPRICED CELL and go back to work and give us a challange, give us a feel of want and excitement. becuase im getting tired of 10 year olds that shouldnt be playing this game to begin with a reason to support all these things." WAHHH WAHHH I CANT SEE A CAMO NIGHT BEAST FLING THROUGH THE AIR....." your not suppose to!!!!!!! unless your good. its night. you have eyes and ears, let alone 4 people..... use them. "WAHHH WAHHH I CANT SEE THEM COMMING IN PITCH BLACK 4 FOOTBALL FIELDS AWAY WAHHH..." enough said -HUMAN SIDESTEP - really you can sidestep your whole body length and more? not sure if the hunter can even sidestep...anyway that inhuman gross looking bad quality futuristic i got hoverpacks in my boots sidestep is too much. i realised u designed that just for the SOLE PURPOSE for the big guy that charges but you forgot how useless spit is at a low lvl. even as a human i can make it impossible for spit to hit me because.. A.theres barely zombies around to support the hunter, b humans are almost par agility wise and strength is a joke for hunters -DAY ZOMBIE... now this was expected at launch but hey every company is doing false ads why not techland? WE NEED a zombie type runner, THIS CHARACTER SHOULD - be able to climb,sneak,stalk, be silent,tackle,hold other players in place or have zombie minions that you can tell what to do, have them follow you, be able to duck into sewers and MOST OF ALL BLEND IN WITH OTHER ZOMBIES, imagine being able to get close in a horde because he dosnt know who or what your really are until he goes for the regular chop.... BUT STEALTH IS KEY, and stealth is best option for melee only chars> HOW DID THEY NOT UNDERSTAND THIS?!?! -ADD MORE ZOMBIES these guys run around at night with no fear of an actual horde....must be nice to just be able to run looking to the sky for hunters with no real fear for being grabbed or walking into a spike pit.ITS LIKE once the hunter joins the game zombies are non existent unless you use the spit. -ADD MORE ZOMBIE PLAYERS....LIKE 4v2 so to sum up this angry tiff.....get rid of the human sense in hard mode, or nerf it to 20ft, or a massive cooldown. create a day chaters with more zombie players can join like 2v2 or 4vs4. create chaos and fear for this side. because cod kids can show up here and ruin the immersive quality by drop kicking a monster zombie with no fear? if that were me and some brainless peon tried to do that id use tendrils to rip him like a wishbone. it feels like you let your kids design the difficulty of the game. so thats it for, ill be back to rant until this game is fixed if not ill be on a crusade to ruin this company with every game it releases and walks away from. its been almost a year, what are you guys doing?

    The New Map Is A Deathtrap!

    Might as well change the game mode to: "Be the Bolter" Objective: Avoid the humans at all costs! Because the new map is a countryside and OF COURSE the open land is going to be bananas for us. We won't have any height advantage since there's minimal amount of buildings. Now the humans can handle us on the ground no problem. You know -- 3 hits, score! We're dead! Or, Run him over with the car while having the flamethrower on and the UV light on at the same time? I mean wow, just make us the runners from now on. I thought the point of the NightHunter was to obviously HUNT and be stealthy, but like someone said in his post "Stealth is a myth" to us due to survivor sense. Us Night Hunters have NO agility on flat land, we can't dodge left or right, we can't counter the enemies' Dropkicks or anything but they can counter us.. can we dodge them please too? The point of the Night Hunter SHOULD BE to be stealthy and have all 2 - 4 players on edge. No survivor sense, all of them have each others' backs and actually use some TEAMWORK to take us down. Not "There he is, you guys stay here with the nests, I'll spam uv light and kill him.". In other words, not freaking scaring off your "Worst Nightmare". Same thing, like the other guy said, if we're on a car, can we jump off to save ourselves? Or is it more of a "test your luck" pounce and just hope to hell the other players don't shoot you from their cars or jump out and beat you down? I'd like to know. Pete already said the nests have medium - hard levels of zombies depending on the location. But right now, it's like you're making it seem like the players have to worry more about what's guarding the nests other than the "Nightmare" that's Quote-on-Quote "Chasing" them. Why is BtZ mode a full-on assault mode? Shouldn't the mode be more "horror-like"? Especially to fit the description of the "DYING LIGHT" title -- supposed to be a horror game right? So WHY, in good lord is this "Night Bolter" so underpowered? Oh! And don't worry! I'm VERY skillful when it comes to using Ground Pounds! I use them extremely tactfully, and yes I do win sometimes but I HATE that the game mode is this way! And I know I'm not the only one to hate it. We're supposed to FEEL like a hunter. Stalking in the darkness, having our prey on their P's and Q's and having them literally be scared. But we're just a test to them, might at well remove the nests and put the 4 humans in buggies and the "Night Bolter" in a boxing ring to see who comes out on top. Because that's just how unbalanced/underpowered we are. Pete, IF you're reading this, could you tell us what changes you made to the NH? I am REALLY hyped for this dlc but.... Idk... All I have to say is.. in order to even the odds... the NH needs a major upgrade, and no I do not mean a new mutation where we get a "Disable vehicles for 10 seconds!". I mean an actual: (For the Night Hunter) -Able to dodge enemy attacks like they dodge ours -Able to hop off buggies when "pouncing" them(In case we're in danger) -Give us more agility -- meaning let us dodge left and right (like humans can) so we can dodge cars. And I don't mean a *barely* dodge, I mean a full-fledged got out of the way dodge. (Especially since cars are 1 hit kill) (For the Humans) -And reduce the UV Range! And not just a tiny tiny bit! I mean to a point where it's all close range action! *Only!* -Remove Survival Sense to add suspense and make players actually use tactical teamwork. -If 1v1 then the human can 3-hit kill, if 2v1 then humans 4-hit kill, if 3v1 then humans 5-hit kill, if 4v1 then humans 6-hit kill.(In that order please pete) -And.. of course, during the Night Hunter PvP mode (Only when there's more than 1 player) when the player uses a medkit, it slowly heals (Like in hard mode) so they don't just instantly heal and jump back into battle with like 3 of their buddies. They'll need to lay low. Making the players(and hunters) use strategy and tactics more. These changes could probably bring back some people you lost. Right now I know of 6 people, who stopped playing dying light because (obviously killing zombies get boring after about an hour or two)the PvP is sooo badly unbalanced. And these are only people I know of. Please try not to take this post personally, it's just makes me (and lots of others) so angry that this game mode could be great but it's just... bad right now... Looks like you have the nest stuff down-pack and done nicely, now what about our favorite monster? Later Pete!

    Be The Zombie Needs Buff

    In my opinion Be the Zombie needs a buff, after playing for more than 6 hours and maxing out my character I find I still lose all the time more than I win. With the people who are maxed out and duplicate it's so hard to win against them. Ground pound takes 4 hits while drop kick takes 3 Like Logic Please? Now spamming drop kick over and over is so op they have uv and are kicking you so you can't go anywhere. Spawns are so messed up spawning far away and taking really long to get to them is just plain annoying! Now when you STICK someone with spit and then they pull out a shield to block it makes you want to break your controller. Like how does it block it if it's stuck on them. THIS GAMEMODE IS BROKEN.
  4. A lot of the posts on the BTZ forums have been gamers feedback to developers about what to change in the game. That's great, but were leaving something out that I think is equally important, we need to tell them what we LIKE! I'm sure they've read a lot of our posts, just like any good developing team would do, as I've read from one member from the dev squad. So lets use this post to tell the developers what we DONT want to change, ill start out with a few of my own, and some I've heard from customers I get in GameStop: KEEP SURVIVOR SENCE: Many gamers have argued that survivor sence should be taken out of btz bc it is too easy to know where the zombie is and therefore the zombie never gets a chance to pounce bc the survivors are ready with uv in the exact right line of sight. These gamers have not tried to play without survivor sense. Me and my partner tried once. We didn't get a single nest before he beat us. The tendrils and screams are NOTA enough to know where the zombie is. However, I know its the devs job to make as many players happy as possible, so here's my compromise: Make it so that only one member can use survivor sence, that way if he slips up, it gives the zombie a chance to pounce, and let the zombie know when he slips up! OR: Let every survivor use it, but don't let the icon on the mini map TRACK the zombie, tell the survivors where it was only at the moment they used survivor sence. KEEP THE UV LIGHT DRAIN TIME: Some gamers argue that the uv light drains the z's energy to quickly. This simply isn't so. The zombie os the master of hit and run, you cannot expect to win a fist fight with a survivor, 4 at that! Heck, that's what survivors are made to do! The zombie swoops in, gets in a few hits, retreats and regens, and repeat. However because of this, (here's my compromise) the survivors should not be able to use medkits unless healing a team member. That way the next time the zombie comes around, he has a chance to win a fist fight and get out of there. In stead of only relying on his spits to reload DO NOT CHANGE THE NEST LAYOUT OR RESPAWN SYSTEM: I have yet to see any gamer complain about either of these. Except for one guy in gamestop who didn't know what he was doing... KEEP THE EXTRA ZOMBIES! I've received mixed feelings about this one. Some say it should be just pvp, some say it should be the survivor on the regular environment PLUS the hunter. However, I'm on the side of keping the extra zombies. Make it as realistic as possible while still being a game! I think the devs have done a great job with that.
