    PS4 Pro Patch!

    Please, PLEASE devs, make a PS4 Pro Patch! The boost mode hardly makes a difference to the game and it gets way too glitchy and framerate varies way too much. With double the GPU hardware there should be NO struggle. If you are going to continue making DLC, please consider making this something to work on. It should not be a big job and would make, I'm sure , many ps4 pro owners much happier! Also: I am posting in the be the zombie thread as apparently there is no option for me to start a thread in general discussion. If a mod sees this post, please move it to the appropriate section.

    Map editor on console

    So I am a big fan of dying light yet my pc does not have enough power to run dying light and I don't know how to build pcs...that angers me because I LOVE the dev tools and I am sad they are not on console. I understand that you didn't make the game on consoles so it can't be realeased but all I want is a simple map creator like the ones from farcrys 3 and 4 please make this happen and lots of console users would be really happy and it would make dying light relevant again.   3. Hi all. Im in the process of creating an Australian themed map (Left 4 X) (Aussies will get it) I have created some new assets in 3dsmax and exported them. Take this phone box as an example: However I cant get the alpha mesh to work or the glass. Any tips on creating alpha maps? Also notice the maps change orientation and size.... cheers in advance, Ian (steam=Ludders)
  4. Why is there no method to create and share own creations like in FarCry. Its totally easy and 100 % possible... They have the tools, they have the options but why arent they doing it?!

Hi all, Just a post to say that if you're still waiting for another tutorial, Rabid Squirrel (http://forum.techland.pl/user/5183-rabid-squirrel/) has released a video tutorial: Make sure you check it out if you're still a bit iffy about some of the stuff the dev's have already covered or even animation.     Remove Water

    Hi, I'm trying to remove the water place on the default (example) map? Probably an obvious thing I'm missing EDIT 1: Also, how can I rotate an object without "Snap"? E.g rotate it by like something small (1 or 2 degrees)? EDIT 2: Also No.2: I've made my map permanently night and stormy. As it's stormy, it's making objects like bodies, lamps etc look like they're being affected by a strong wind - even when they are inside! Is there a way to stop this? Maybe the room/corridor that I have made is not being register as 'inside'? An example of this affection is that there is a body and its clothes are rustling in the wind... inside. Thanks!

    Request For Developer Blog

    This message is primarily aimed at the Devs and / or Mods From my observations of the forum I feel it's safe to state most of the threads and/or comments are in relation to either bugs, trophies and/or dissatisfaction with current endgame content. Most of the us know the devs are working on the issues of weaponry at end game, trophies, achievements etc. but what I feel the community really needs and perhaps deserves is some form of weekly blog / update content where the Devs can share what they are working on. It doesn't need to give away too much detail, perhaps nothing specific at all. But having this in place would really help the community to a) Calm down and wait for a freakin patch and Look forward to future content and keep our eyes on the games future. Currently lots of people still ask about patches and what is being worked on and what isn't. Would be convenient to be able to send them a link. Hopefully one of you nice Devs sees this and forwards the idea onwards. It's obviously hours of work each week for some staff member but for such an epic game I feel the community needs to have some form of content stream to follow. Regards Kyle Crane
