  1. Hello everyone, I am truly trying to enjoy PF2018, but there are still so many issues on the PS4 version it is really hard to enjoy a game with so many issues. I can confirm I'm on v1.1. I have followed techland and sony's directions to resolve my re-occurring CE-34878-0 crash error that happens nearly every time I load up the game. In everything that I have tried, the crash still continues to happen (Reinstalled the game and updated to 1.1, rebuilt database). In the 20 or so hours I've played the game, I have also had a save file become corrupt. Luckily I'm one of those gamers who keeps multiple save files for this very reason. I cannot seem to hire a worker on but one field I own (i still haven't purchased any additional fields from the my first farm story), so I'm stuck doing the field work on two of three fields I own. Potato farming also has issues. Once I have fully filled the harvester then offloaded the potatoes, the potatoes can no longer be harvested from that same field. Also on field machinery, most of the plows and cultivators I use don't seem to quite treat the field the way they should. They leave gaps where there shouldn't be gaps or the treated area is outside of where the machine ends and on the other side of the machine where the field should be treated it doesn't get cultivated or plowed. I find that the fuel consumption is oddly high, even on the zetor tractors that indicate good fuel economy. I find myself in need of fuel up to twice in a 24-hour game cycle in one tractor. For one tractor specifically, the McCormick. It seems to have an oddly small fuel tank for the size and power of it. The same as the starting tractor Zetor HS 80. I promptly loaded the game after purchasing it and went with a different tractor. There is a pig sty near the eastern trade center that you seem to own at the start of the story game. For some reason, I cannot buy any pigs for this sty. I ONLY can buy fodder, nothing else. These issues are just the tip of the iceberg. I hope the devs will read this and release another patch for the PS4 asap. I will admit I am renting this game from a certain game rental service by mail in the USA. If these issues aren't fixed soon, I will be sending this game back to enjoy a game that does not repeatedly crash and have so many issues.
  2. Between the time of 1/27/2015 5:40:34 P.M. to the time of this post I have encountered this error a total of 38 times. Typically this will happen every few minutes if I attempt to play co-op. With two people I may get lucky and last an hour without being booted but that is incredibly rare. I have yet to blue screen while playing solo so that is something I suppose. The PS4 error is CE-34878-0 It is interesting that if I play with three people as soon as the third joins I instantly get the blue screen error. My first attempt to fix it was to delete and reinstall the game. When that did not work I deleted it, restored my licenses, then reinstalled it again. I have reverted to a previous save (to test it) with no luck. When these all failed I deleted the game again, went to account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com to download the game from a website (found this supposed fix online) which also did not help me in the end. Not sure if this helps but the majority of my kicks happened while a lot of things were going on in the game. For instance surrounded by zombies, taking damage, dealing damage, with two people results in me being kicked a lot of the time. However, sometimes we could just be free running in the dark, with little to no zombies near us and I will still blue screen. I have yet to see anyone who has this problem as much as I do. I am using the digital copy purchased from the PSN store. A few friends of mine have been blue screening as well (they own physical copies) but no where near as frequent as I do. I see this game as being a co-op game, and I am unable to do this because I am afraid of being kicked which is a total bummer for me because a lot of my friends have been inviting me and I am unable to accept them because of an unknown issue with the game. I honestly would have taken it back by now if I owned the physical copy. I never do see any frame-rate drops, or any other visual indicators that it is going to happen. It just happens. PSN: XV_Drop_Shot_XV
  3. Hi there! Does anyone is facing the infamous CE-34878-0 error on PS4 when trying to start the "The Following" campaign?. I mean, I've seen many reports on this error, but all of them are related to playing in multiplayer mode. My case seems to be a little different: I can't even start the "The Following" campaign. The game crashes while in the "The Rural Area" load screen. I simply can't start a game. I tried all the generic error CE-34878-0 solutions available on Sony's site, but none of them worked. I purchased the "The Following" extension from PSN, it downloaded correctly and I can see it on the game menu, I have the latest 1.09 update patch, but I can't start the extension. The standard campaign has no problems. Thanks!
  4. You're update fixed absolutely nothing. If anything it made it worse. Before I would crash every minute or two now its every 20 seconds without fail. I can't even do anything.. Can't join my friends, can't do be the zombie mode, Nothing. What the hell? This has been almost a week and a half since it came out and it's still broken. The lack of feed back from the support staff and the developers is just awful. Makes you all look like a bunch of incompetent morons or just shady. There are countless indie devs with better support than this. You are a triple A developer this is absolutely unacceptable. I could go on about the mountain of support tickets that go unanswered but I won't. I don't feel like typing all night. We deserve better than this. I am not asking for you to kiss our asses but when a game is shipped broken and we get no explanation or support or hell even a status update about it and are expected to just sit here wondering that's when it crosses the line. I created a thread on here before about the crashing and it turned into one of the bigger threads on here and all you guys had to say about it was a short quick little comment that said absolutely god damn nothing and that was a while after the thread was already up. What is it going to take to just get some god damn feedback? Just acknowledgement that our comments and reports of crashing and error don't go unanswered. Is that too much to ask? 60 dollars is a lot of money to throw away on a broken product.

    Ps4 Co-Op Crashing Every Time

Hey Techland, Thank you so much for the fantastic game. I really can't take myself away from it. Everything is done so masterfully. However, like many of the other PS4 players, every time I start playing co-op, I crash with Error CE-34878-0. When my friend tries to host the game, he crashes with the same error. On release day we started up a co-op game and it worked flawlessly the whole night. Now we can't get more than a few seconds of gameplay in before one of our PS4s crash. Is there any word about this being worked on? I'd definitely say this is top priority stuff here. P.S.: No HUD mode?
  6. Ok after hours of exhausting all possible fixes and options I decided to redownload the game one last time this time letting the game its self download completely. That's downloading the first 5 gigs then the rest downloading in the background. After all 17 gigs was finished I then installed the update. everytime before I would install the update right after the first 5 gigs would get done. To my surprise it actually worked.. I couldnt believe it. I am currently in a coop game and its been over half an hour and so far no problems. I will keep you all posted. I don't know if this will work for everyone but it worked for me. So just to recap. Redownload the game and only install the update and dlc after the game has finished by its self.
