    Even if Nuclearwolf's question is not posed to your satisfaction or isn't fair, I see no reason to throw this level of negativity around. And I say this as somebody who believes in self-defense in the absence of mods in most online situations. All that is needed, is to point out that the spam idea does not make much sense in context of this competitive multiplayer game mode, as its high reliance on tactics and live combat imply spamming moves on both sides. Can we blame a survivor for spamming melee attacks?
     
    Sure, such questions make little sense to people more familiar with the game mode but to suggest that the person asking a question should get a grip, is a troll, or insanely stupid is a bit heavy handed imho. Asking questions and giving feedback is what forums are for. Somehow fostering negativity with our "answers" is perhaps worse than posing invalid questions, as nobody needs extra negativity.

    Survivors shouldn't have infinite stamina, period. they're just humans.
     
    Here's why they should still have stamina:
     
    1. It limits the bull**** they can pull off.
     
    Their dodge spam should take up at least 20% of their stamina. Dodge should be used in emergencies ONLY. Then jumping everywhere whenever they want to is just ridiculous. It also quits them from reaching from 1 part of the map to the other in just 1 Hunter respawn. We've all died once on 1 side of the map and when the Hunters' 4 years of death penalty period of a loading screen is finally over, the humans are already either AT the nest or soo close to being there, yet we're 10.5 miles away, even after that long loading screen. Why? 
     
    2. It would just naturally make the gamemode better.
     
    I mean honestly, with stamina, and no perk to get infinite stamina whatsoever, it would make the game more suspenseful and have humans play more carefully. And there's other reasons I can't exactly explain but it would definitely make it better.
     
    Here's why the NH should spawn closer to the nests while humans spawn farther:
     
    3.  There's soo many humans already, why make their respawn to short and so close to the nest?
     
    With the humans' numbers, their loading screens should be that long since there's 4 of them. Like the OP said, they're spawning like clones, one after another and they're so close and such a handful for the NH who can keep up with them for but so long. If we're supposed to protect the nests, why not at least try and give us a chance to without those balancing things where if the Hunter is losing, he gets like.. extra damage or something? If you make humans spawn a bit farther from the nest and make their load screens  just as long as ours, it would give the NH a better fighting chance against the 4 of them, make the battle that much more intense and just be more entertaining.

    The idiocy in your comment. Humans lack so much chupacabra skill. It takes 0 skill to be human. All you do is spam dodge, UV, and flares. And like you said, you're even one shotting us now.
     
    That chupacabra isn't even fair. Our spits take about an hour to explode, so you could literally wait a good while, THEN dodge and still get out of range fast enough. 
     
    While Night Hunters gotta be SUPER precise with our attacks, we have to WAIT and calculate a good time to pounce, we have to time our attacks out perfectly in order for us to not be bombarded with UV and drop kicks and even being one shotted. We have to use speed which is completely useless if you're not in countryside. We basically have to calculate OUR EVERY MOVE while for humans, it's simple: Spam dodge, Spam UV, hit us 3-4 times and they're good. They can charge at us whenever tf they want. They don't need to play anything out. They just go in full force swinging swords and duping and spamming and...just like you, they LITERALLY want Night "Hunters"(ironic) to have 0 chance to win against a human. Or at least have a.. idk, 5% chance to win, IF they're generous. And honestly our only easy method to keep you chupacabra blood sucking leeches off of our backs is Ground Pound. And you even wanna take THAT chupacabra away from us.
     
    All you want is for you to win each and every game and not have a challenging Night Hunter to sit your @ss down. If they made an update today or tomorrow making this game balanced out 50/50, I bet you'd whine again. "OMFG WHY ARE U MAKING IT BALANCED? How dare you not favor us anymore?!".

    RaceyStorm probably got destroyed by barely mid-tier Survivors from the way he thinks "dodge spamming, UV spam and flares" is enough for any Survivor to win against any Hunter, which in turn means he's mediocre as well. This ain't pre-1.11, buddy.

    Raceystorm3124, Removed like you are generally coming from consoles and have almost no skill as a hunter. First of all i would like to remind you i am talking about 1v1. In 1v1 every ground pound + uv spit equals death to human because of the GP + spit combo works every time. Combo is overpowered to the point where human have no options to defend against that. I agree that dropkick chains are unfair, but remember that telebombers are unfair too, Human cant execute dropkick chain in 1v1. Telebombers are working in 1v1 and they are working like a charm many many times. So in 1v1 game bugs are working in hunters favor. Next example is tackle trigger distance. Sometimes when human is on the roof and he falls from it hunter can tackle human from sth. like 10 metres away which is practically impossible to dodge. Human can run away from GP + spit combo but eventually he has to get on the ground just to be killed from GP + uv spit combo. You are probably not playing as a human in 1v1, that is why your comment is so stupid. One more funny thing is that everytime i am asking REMOVED like you "what would you do better" all i here is .... nothing, they have no ideas, they stay silent. They just dont know what they would do better, many times they say " i suck as a human or i dont play as a human".

    How long has Emtrix been playing and he still things bugs work in hunters favour.
     
    Telebombers only recently started happening in the numbers they are today, which mind you isnt too often. My horde fails to show up about twice as often as Telebombers. Which im counting on while going against infinite stamina/dodges and a uv light flashing in my face. Btw hunters using controllers are severely nerfed.
     
    Shooting in head and DFA as OHK is overpowered. A kick and a swing from a hammer is OHK still and very easy. Humans can still dodge mid air and other glitches i cant recall. Before i would run into campers now thats been delt with its just hackers and blatant ones. Many survivor grievance's have been delt with swiftly, meanwhile hunters still have same problems from day one.
     
    Since our last discussion Emtrix I can tell you/most people think its better to take the easy way out. Ie come on this form and whine about your cake having to much icing.

    Yesterday i noticed some strange things going on, i was fighting with hunter 1v1 and i killed him with one shot to the head, I could use two flares at a time. Backward dodge has been improved so ground pound spamming is not so overpowered like it was before. I thought to myself, (they finally listened). I decided to join some people to check the falres. In 1v1 i had 2 flares at a time but in 2,3,4v1 i had 1 flare at a time. After playing couple of hours i noticed that developers tweaked something on the spot and in my next fight wit hunter 1v1 i had only 1 flare left. but fortunately backward dodge is better so ground pound spammers are failing miserably, for me 1v1 is a lot better now. Bye noskill ground pound spamming brainless idiots

    Glass Cannon in terms of MOBA games and every other game is any character who is kinda susceptible to damage meaning either low health or armor for example, but dishes out more damage than its enemies, though its kind of funny when you use ground pound you do 20 % hp only, idk the damage seems abit low to me, with those hands that creates shockwaves and shooks the ground dev's could've imported secondary effect to it like the tackle has or some dissorientation or stun created by the shockwave, and about pounce yes that's the best nuke ability NH has but cmon really how many times you landed nowadays quad leapfrog? Or normal pounce for that matter ?
    There are alot of skilled human's who use dodge and exploits to evade tackles in air which our dear dev's said its impossible to do, some players are accually tired of reading "It was because of lag" and after few months we found out that its accually simple grapple cancel exploit which again sucks.
    And dont get me started about difficulty modes:
    Normal - just like easy with unlimited stamina, since the day one i hated accually even in coop/SP games how stamina is unlimited, the combat stamina on the other hand at the beggining is fine but when you get last Power perk...comon...even the RL human's cant swing unlimited time that much any weapon not to mention 2 handed ones
    Hard - same story as with normal only enemies are stronger
    Nightmare - meh...
    Apocalypse mode hmmm im accually giving dev's idea here...same or abit harder enemy difficulty like Nightmare but perks doesnt affect stamina, only mode on which you can get gold weapons and hunter glands (on other modes its very rare for example).
    Or dear dev's you should accually overhaul your own game modes again.
     
    As for NH he was decent but again his arsenal is way poorer than human's which that is his main flaw not the hp just lack of skills and new moves. Ofc some good NH players can do wonders but that doesnt always work.

    True fans? Dude no offence but thats rubbish. In an ideal world maybe but i can bet this hunter will die off.
     
    Either as soon as a new BtZ comes out or when other publishers develop their own take on multiplayer zombie modes. I'm not gonna take a game seriously if its not balanced.
     
    All it takes to become a god as a human is to throw some flares, spam uv and dodge like nothing else. The monster should be standing his ground! Especially when he cannot hide and is the only deadly zombie. Im not a stealth character yet im weaker than a single human?
     
    Everyone of my moves takes skill and forethought? While the other team spams and bullies? A glass cannon you say? You know what thats good for? Nothing thats what. Get it right next time.

    Pretty clear Night Hunters will stay underdogs for the rest of eternity now. We know the mode is BS and how humans have a back door escape to every situation Night Hunters try and put'em in, only way for us to put them in a tight situation is if we work super fast and we have to execute our play PERFECTLY or else we're killed with a penalty or something.,the Dupes and humans having no penalties, the spams, pretty much everything.
     
    I saw so many posts complaining about the amount of BS in this game mode, and I agree with them. But it won't be fixed. They're working on a new game and this one's pretty much over. That's why I made a post about DL2. 
     
    I'm sure techland got the message over and over about the BS in Dying Light and how only like 2 of their patches work.
     
    I want the game mode to be fixed to but it won't happen and the Night Zombie is anything but a Night Hunter. Stopped playing Dying Light like 3-4 months ago.

    GP spam? Ok, so being a hunter takes coordination, timing, strategy, and speed.
     
    Being a human takes f***** spamming flares, spam UV, spam dropkick, and 3 hit kills and glitching.
     
    Are you serious? 
     
    What they're making you do is called "thinking". So instead of spamming UV like a maniac to keep the hunter at an unfair distance, or making him GP the flares while it takes him like 5 seconds to recover from the GP(which is a long time), Techland is actually having humans "think" about how they use their equipment for a change.

You just need to get better to realize how stupid your idea is, learn from better hunters, watch streams or videos of better players. Are you a console player ?

    I started this thread in the hopes of discussing with my fellow hunters our possible bleak future ahead.
     
    With techland stating they are not planning on giving hunter add ons like the much needed evolution a good while back, I believe we will all feel that the hunter has become a plaything for the survivors who dupe potions, spam dodge, use grapple to dfa under bridges for insta-kill ect.
     
    I have been dk directly after i gp a dude near a wall, ive also been dfa through the same means. The only nerf that was successful was shield blocking stuck spits, cant understand how that went on for so long though..uv heal speed was also good, i use it more often now, which is good fun.
     
    Humans have also been given a buggy that has flare and massive long range uv. Techland basically gave the humans a metal suit of armor that they can escape from anytime at any speed. Which can also impale me on spikes no problem, again at no penalty to humans. If I jump off and the smash into spikes nothing happens to them. I cant look behind me so how can I tell when to jump off? But humans can do this all day while using UV but they dont as they know they will get tackled so what do they do? They spam dodge and UV you till your exhausted of energy.
     
    I have NEVER understood why the hunter who must protect nest at all costs but doesnt respawn immediately. Usually the hunter is outnumbered, so why are humans respawning like clones in their numbers? If i have one failed gp near a survivor thats a nest gone. Which i wouldnt have a problem with if survivors didnt have capacity to dodge endlessly in any direction.
     
    Why is dodge unlimited, when we as hunters must use our limited spits that are not easy to aim and are blockable using shield and dodgable when expected.
     
    Nerfing the survivors is not the answer. Besides dodge that is. If dodge is nerfed then survivors will come help their friends rather than focus on nest while his buddy plays matador . That is the only nerf i ask. Survivors chime in if you like here. Dont troll, give valuable info please.
     
    Lastly could the hunter please be given a minor evolution like with SS, toxic and uv heal. Im not asking to be overpowered just to have a few more moves to keep things fresh until a sequel comes out. Survivors were granted this, please do the same for hunter, i beg of you! Our last one and most epic so far. It will surely keep this superb multiplayer going till the ages. Thank you techland, for your continued effort on this great game.
     
    Guys help me out here, what do you think? Is hunter not is serious need of a revival? Or are you just gonna wait until sequal comes out?

    Hello bobbers, i'm very sorry that our game did not live up to your expectations. We've been noting down all suggestions from our community, but implementing them into the game takes time. We always discuss what should be implemented and what not, how to get our game more balanced etc.. The thing is we care about every single player, and to get into everybody's taste is not an easy task.
    We see you guys, we care, even though recently we couldn't manage to get in touch with you.

    You guys are what drives us to pursue new heights. We are making games for you.

    Hey Everyone!
    I'd like to share a couple of changes we just released yesterday.  These changes are based on feedback we've received and game stats that we've collected.
     
    1. BTZ matchmaking reduced to 2 pools again.
    2. 3v1 and 4v1 Damage Scaling.  (Survivors damage output is scaled to 2/3 damage in 3v1 and 4v1)
    3. Removed added headshot damage from arrows/bolt.  (This was never communicated clearly and added damage from special bolts/arrow allowed 1 hit kills)

    I don't think this mode will ever receive any major updates since it's just a sidemode and it's Dying Lightning fast.
