    One Hit Kills

The problem is that game does not stay balanced like in the beginning. You got weak weapons and it takes a lot of fight/hits to kill a ordinary zombie or viral. Later it seems that they stay at that lvl or get just a little bit stronger, but your weapons go waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay ahead of zombies HP base. So I would also like to be 3-4 hits all the time even later int he game even with strong weapons.

    Dying Light Hard Mode Opinions

@ spartan27 I already finished the game 3 times, I had lots of fun. I love this game a lot. This is something different, I am not whining that this hard mode is too hard, I am just saying that this problems make game extremely hard for 0 deaths. My friend I don't care about random stupid achievements, do this for 3 hours, or do what developer says on radnom, that does not make you good player, skill does, and finish dying light on HARD with 0 deaths all missions is pure skill, playing smart, tactical and with lots of patience. I know there is no official achievement for that and guess what, I don't care, because there would be just few bunch of people in the world capable of it and I am going to try and be one of them. You wanna take the challenge, can you do it on normal? @Airsickhydra Re guarding coop, no coop for me, I wanna do it solo 100% and so far so good I am around 8 hours into the game farming everything so I can be ready for later harder parts of the game. Once you get camouflage lvl 2 and neck breaking from behind games becomes a lot easier, but getting there is quite difficult. here are my short stats for now and skills levels: Stats: Agility Power (saving skill points for two important upgrades later so i can have them immediately both ( more HP, neck breaking ) Survivor

    Dying Light Hard Mode Opinions

@ spartan27 That screenshoot was at 8 hours of gameplay not full finished game obviosly, this is screenshoot is with complete stats on normal full game: http://www.pcaxe.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=19018&stc=1&d=1425308674 and you are telling me that I am just casual player and stick with normal?! Try this, finish game on normal, reset your statistic before you start offcourse, and let me know how many deaths did you have at the end, if you finish all main missions side missions quarantine zones let me know how that went. or restart last mission and recorded it, I wonder if you can do it faster than me? than talk to me about skill regarding this game... @Airsickhydra That is correct my friend, that is the point, 0 deaths, not a single death on hard mode. Those 3 thing are making it almost impossible, right? I repeat, am I talking about 0 death on hard (not new game + ) not just finishing the game. Any noob or time waster can finish this game even on hard with a lot of dying, that is the difference in skill and knowledge. That is my goal. I died just once on normal, my error, did not notice explosive barrel behind me and it went off, so it is doable, but hard mode...? Any one up for the challenge, reset statistics, start new game on HARD mode, finish with 0 deaths?
  6. Dying light HARD mode opinions I am 32 years old and I call my self old school gamer, I love dying light and yes I though the game was easy and not so challenging. But this hard mode is good and bad. Here is why. People were asking developers to make a game a little harder and little more challenging, Somethings bother me, somethings are great. BAD THINGS: 1.Survivor sense no longer shows anything except weapons and violates at night. This is chupacabra, this is not harder this is just time wasting! I need to go around the edges and walls of each room and stare at random stuff until I see action button, and when I kill 15 zombies on a pile I should check every individual zombie that I see, that is not harder, than is just annoying and time wasting. 2. Med-kit is almost useless I am not talking about 100 HP vs 50 HP that is ok, the biggest problem is healing you slowly, which is pointless. I get the idea, you need to escape and heal. So if I run away then I have ran away and I'm safe, than I can heal for two days, it is irrelevant. I need at least something instant. Better solution would be to heal 30 hp instantly, and 20 hp slowly. 3. You receive to much damage from anything (for some enemies I agree they should inflict more damage, but not this much, this is just too much) GOOD STUFF: 1. Minimap / radar no longer displays any enemies, this is great at night, you must rely on hearing, vision, and flashlight. This by is the best change. 2. Shops sell only weapons, you can no longer (already at the beginning) buy 99 firecrackers (most useful item) , 99 lock-picks, and than every time you visit every store buy additional two Medkits. So now more looting, investigating and crafting is needed, which is great. 3. Zombies have around 25/30% more HP. Definitely a good thing. I manage to finish the game on normal, all main missions all side mission all quarantine zones with just 1 death, here are my stats: http://www.pcaxe.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=19016&d=1425235786 but I don't think that is possible on hard mode. What do you think guys?

Thanx For Dying Light ! No Hud Mode In Dlc Please !

Just option to turn off the mini map would be great and it will increase night play tension and fear factor. Other things I don't care, they are fine by me.
  8. Anyway i did some performance guide and made a video of the last mission. All details are in the description of the video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OW02RJZJQu8 Here is my setup and guide for every visual option and performance impact: Is it worth it: easy noticeable mediumiSHly noticeable hardly noticeable Performance impact: low medium high very high My pc: Graphics card: GTX 970 G1 3.5gb Cpu: AMD FX 8320 @4ghz Ram: 10 gb @1600 mhz Full HD monitor / 27 inch My goal was 55/60 average FPS. 1. Resolution: easy noticeable - high performance impact 2. Full Screen: easy noticeable - NO performance impact 3. Texture Quality: easy noticeable - low performance impact (if you got enough vram, if not enough than it will be very high performance impact. 3 gb for max setings, 2 gb medium, 1gb low) 4. Shadow map Size: mediumiSHly noticeable - high performance impact 5. Foliage Quality: mediumiSHly noticeable - low performance impact 6. View Distance (this is not draw distance): hardly noticeable - very high performance impact (only on very high points in the game like top of the towers this will matter, but that is like 0.1% of the time) 7. Ambien Occlusion: mediumiSHly noticeable - medium performance impact 8. Nvidia HBAO+ (turn it off on AMD card): mediumiSHly noticeable - medium performance impact 9. Nvidia depth of field: mediumiSHly noticeable - high performance impact 10. Blur (i don't like it) : easy noticeable - medium performance impact 11. Any Pro Player Out There?

@ MastaFiendz My goal was 0 deaths, so off course I am going to avoid combat and use camouflage as much as I can. Can you share your stats for 100% mission completion with total time and deaths?
