    all your points are wrong except for the OP survivor sense, Everything else is straight up BS from a bad hunter. Also, you lost all credibility when u said: "He should always be able to win a 1v1 ..." Then whats the ***ing point? if hunters always win, why should i play it? in fact, if you are good enough and know how to exploit hunter skills/mechanics you already win all the time, theres already a combo that has no counter.

    There u go... on the pc, some hunters spam everything they have, you can barely breath, most of the time you're just flying away hoping not to hit spikes nor fall down to the streets and die lol (in 1v1). What i do now is to use camo, use the "takedown" in the zombie guarding the nests, then molotov both nests and while they are burning i focus on the hunter. Once the burn stops i either hit them with the sword or shoot it.

    Just one question: do you play on console? Cuz on the PC that stuff happens so fast...i just met a guy who spammed pound & tackle and it was working for him...i had to use cheesy tactics like destroying nests with molotovs and shooting them.. :\

    Good argument, but more often than not, you get tackled away from the flare and then pounced. My point is not regarding 1v2, but 1v1 situations.

    because ground pound and uv spit destroy the flares...you must remember that this game needs to be balanced for 1v1 too, making all the chances with 1v2+ is a bad idea. Thats why i defend the "scaling" of items/skills according to player count.

    i agree it should be harder, not impossible doe. Regarding the "move to open areas", that only works if the hunter is retarded, why would he leave his nests and fight me on an open area? You see, you give "counters" that are not really a counter. SHOW ME you avoiding those situations, im genuinely interested in learning. And English is not my native language, so excuse my ignorance plz. Edit, also, would be honored to have a game against you, is that possible? i play on the PC, my steamid is: TheRA1DER

    i don't know what night hunter u play against (most i play are horrible players), but the ones who know how to abuse this mechanic win all 1v1, fact.

    in 1v1 the survivor stands no chance. I also think that respawn time should be faster for the hunter, the more survivors there are, and longer spawn times with less survivors, same with "Q", there should be a cooldown too, that is should scale according to survivor player numbers.

    The survivor nerfs are wrong and completely unnecessary. The biggest problem for hunter is the powerful UV light and the medkit spam. Those are the things preventing hunters from winning 1v2+ situations. The UV light duration and range should scale up and down according to how many survivors are playing, so: 2 survivors: UV light range & duration decrease to 70%, the recharge takes 30% more time; Active flares per player reduced to 3, duration reduced by 30%; Medkits instantly heal a max of 80 health, the remaining 20 health regenerate over the next 10 seconds (if the player takes no damage, if he takes damage the regen stops); 3 survivors: UV light range & duration decrease to 50%, the recharge takes 50% more time; Active flares per player reduced to 2, duration reduced by 50%; Medkits instantly heal a max of 60 health, the remaining 40 health regenerate over the next 10 seconds (if the player takes no damage, if he takes damage the regen stops); 4 survivors: UV light range & duration decrease to 45%, the recharge takes 70% more time. Active flares per player reduced to 1, duration remains at 50%; Medkits instantly heal a max of 50 health, the remaining 50 health regenerate over the next 10 seconds (if the player takes no damage, if he takes damage the regen stops). Also, the health of nests should scale up and down according to how many survivors there are. I the values that i present are merely figurative, the goal here is to balance weapons/items/skills by scaling their power taking into account the amount of survivors. Regarding the hunter: there should be a cooldown between using spit and pouncing, and the less survivors are in the game, the longer the cool down takes.

    How so? As soon as i switch from my UV light to flares, the hunter pounces me and i die... lol if i manage to throw flares down, he just waits until the flares are out and tries again, he can try unlimited times, while flares are limited So again, in 1v1 situations, SHOW ME you countering this tactic, please.

    Thanks for all the feedback, but must ask you something. Can you please record YOU doing it? because its sounds easy on paper...but in reality it just feels you'll succeed 1 out 100 and that is if the hunter does some mistake. Cheers
