I've submitted a ticket and they just responded with things to try from Sony's website.. What a bunch of chupacabra.. They have yet to acknowledge this is a widespread issue and it's making me mad. This issue is obviously on their end. All my other games are fine except this.... Here is there response
Here are some steps you can follow to possibly fix the ce-34878-0 error you are receiving on your PS4.
Step 1: Report the Error with as much detail as to what happened right before the crash happened. Also, if possible, include a video in your crash report.
Step 2: Close the application, install the latest system software and game update, and restart the system.
Step 3: If a PS Camera is connected to the system, remove it and reboot the system, then go to [settings] - [user] - [Login Settings] - and turn Enable Face Recognition OFF.
Step 4: If the error occurs again, back up your saved data, and then go to [settings] - [initialization] - [initialize PS4].
