Nope. I'm done. I seem to be the only smart person in this forum. I know when a game is broken, and i'm smart enough to let it go and walk away.

"Hot Fix" for a  broken patch that was released for a game that was broken....HAHAHAHA!!   I'm just going to sit back in my chair and watch the fire grow bigger until it burns itself out.

If you were a smart person you'd know your little fire joke got stale the second time you used it. Also if you're smart enough to let go, then why do you keep trashtalking the game everywhere you go?   Agreed, the launch is a mess and I'm happy I passed up getting this, but get over yourself already. You're adding nothing to the forums, just venting your frustration.

We are aware of the issue and we've been working hard to get it fixed immediately. We've already managed to publish a hot-fix which should address most of the problems you mentioned. Please update your game!

Sounds like you're a bit late mate. Trust is like a piece of paper; once crumbled, even if you tried to restore it, the creases will never truly disappear. The damage is done.

If there's anything specific you'd like to know that we haven't answered, feel free to ask.

    Hi James,

-Do you have any, more definitive information of multiplayer for this game?

-How does it differentiate from it's biggest competitor, Farming Simulator (2017), besides the possibility of playing multiple farms in parallel and different vehicle brands?

    -Is modding limited to vehicles?

-What features/expansions do you have planned for the future, besides features requested by the community?

That was about half chupacabra generic as could it could possibly get on information.  Game releases in how many days?   Sad example of communication going on with your organization.  Starting to think this game is about another year away from full development.  Oh well.  Good luck all.  Not for me.

Yeah I find their method of communication with their community odd and lackluster. Questions only get answered in cookiecutter fashion and are all references to obscure information they've already released. All in all I feel they are very reluctant to commit to anything and that doesn't really help build confidence. Very strange considering they want to build this into a franchise, which generally thrive on strong, dedicated communities. Why should we put effort/time/money in this if we aren't getting the same back so far.

I felt he answered the question- he can either go to any map he wants in Free Farming- or if he plays the campaign mode it takes longer as you have to progress all the tutorial missions, (which by what it sounds like above), will include a mission (s) to expand overseas. So everyone will progress differently depending on how quick you do missions.

No, I get that. But I asked a bunch of questions days before that and they just bluntly get ignored like I never asked. Not even a response explaining he cannot answer them for whatever reason if that is the case.

  6. I disagree.

    1. As far as I can see whatever you described about Triple A isn't happening. It's simply magically buying more fuel through your tablet, seemingly instant.

    2. If everything can be roleplayed why buy the game, I'll just picture it all in my head. I think there's not alot of management going on if all you need to do is bring up your tablet and buy fuel at a higher cost. Trust me my imagination is good, but that's a bit too much. I've played plenty of simulators and I can distinguish what I need to roleplay and what would actually break immersion. I think the penalty for forgetting to fuel up should be a little more than that. If I was a real farmer and I forgot to tank up what would I do? Go to the gasstation with some jerry cans and fill them up, cursing myself on the way over and back for the lost time. I think saying "just roleplay it" is too easy. Add a little depth to the whole mechanic if you're gonna put it in. Make it feel like fueling on time matters and is a bigger part in the routine than "Oops I forgot to fuel up, better alert the magical Triple A to instantly fill my tank up".

  7. Regarding the fuel management: Being able to buy fuel directly from your tablet seems a bit silly, even if it's more expensive. It really breaks immersion and once you're loaded you'll never have a reason to drive over to town. I'd rather have an option to drive off and fill some jerrycans instead. The loss of time is a far better lesson than spending a bit more money on fuel and doesn't break immersion. In all honesty the current mechanic seems a bit.. lazy.

  8. Hi had a couple of questions regarding the game:

    1. Will there be online coop/multiplayer?

    2. Will there be AI besides hired help? In other words will there be an AI community, like farmers (farmers usually rely alot on each other) and producers of goods etc around to interact with? (Would be fun to be able to drive product over to a producer directly or head into town for stuff).

    3.  How in-depth and engaging will the farming life cycle be? Will there be a dynamic seed market etc which influences your crop selection? Maybe you want to invest in a wider range of lesser quality crops and go for quantity or focus on a single high quality crop. It would also be fun if you could take on challenges and contracts. For example: say with a supermarket to produce x amount of product x with a quality rating higher than x. And maybe the ability to generate your own seed lines say if you have a particulary good yield or good quality of crops some time and want to save that for later. It would be interesting if you could crossbreed crops to get them to share characteristics and create the perfect crop. Organic vs non-organic Mechanics like that would really add some depth to the game.
