  1. Hello Everyone, I'm a huge zombie survival fan and I have spent countless hours playing dead island and Dying light and I've always wondered why nobody has ever decided to mix it up a little and make a zombie game based in England around the 15th century!? I'd like nothing more than running around England with a bow shooting zombie hordes as they tried to over run my little thatched house! I've thought a little into this and I feel it could be done, the story idea I've come up with is that an illness starts taking over the land and a lot of people originally think it's the plague, until it's too late.. England falls into ruin and all the rich people stay held up in the castle, not willing to venture... This is where you come in as a servant of one of the rich lords. The castle you're in is running low on supply's so you get thrown out of the castle with nothing but a sword. Your aim is to find food etc for the castle. As the game starts to progress you start to find other people held up around the land and you can take additional quests etc.. While out in the world your person should have to eat by finding fruit and stray animals.. You can either find ingredients and eat them for a little health boost or you can combine ingredients to make things like bread which ill give you additional health. Weapons could range from bow and arrows to axes, spears, maces and a variation of swords and shields. Anybody else think that this would be a great sort of genre for zombie survival games to enter? Any other ideas or some things you'd do differently? Let me know!

  3. It would be nice to have a one life mode where we have to survive as many days as we can, maybe the ability to eat and drink to stay alive too, this will force players to leave safe areas and scavenge for food and water thus stopping them from just camping in safe zones for days on end.
  4. Which skills are most important to choose early in the game? Which do you use the most when you play? And how do you know if a mission/ side mission is too advanced for your skill level (without having to die repeatedly to find out)? Do side missions coincide with your current skill levels?
  5. How about a Battle Royale Type of game mode? Like the one in ArmA 3. A bunch of players gather and wait at a contained area like a parkour playground type of thing and must wait until a minimum amount of players log on. Once minimum is reached, all players teleport into a plane that will proceed to eject all players a thousand feet above the town. All players would then parachute down commandeering themselves safely onto the ground or a building and begin the bloody free for all. Players would parkour around town in and out of buildings searching for loot to craft throwables and search for weapons in order to defend themselves from other players. A gps will be given to all players and will display a large circle that represents the safe zone. The safe zone will continue to get smaller and smaller as minutes progress and those who are out of the safe zone after a warning timer has depleted will be rendered unable to walk and will die. This forces players not to just stay hiding in an area and forces them to actually make contact with each other. There could also be random bombing zones and horde zones (where a mass group of zombies spawn). Whoever is the last player standing will be declared the winner. Think of a bunch of players fighting to stay alive, dodging bullets by free running, being taken as hostages, being ninja and assaulting from above while a player is looting or lockpicking, chaos, adrenaline, and good laughs. This mod would require: Support for more than just 4 or 5 players (at absolute least 24) and an option for less zombies or no zombies at all would probably help with ping and performance. Maybe block off more sections of the map if that helps performance as well. Even redirect stray parachutes to stay within the specific portion of the map, A modeled gps or map would be needed. Steerable parachutes would be needed. Text that would appear displaying how many players are left whenever a players dies. VOIP. So that talking into your mic isn't globally heard and only in your proximity. And of course code and script to make this all happen. I really think this would be unbelievably amazing in this game especially because of the open world free running in this game.
  6. I'm having a lot of fun with Dying Light, and I was thinking about when you max all the trees, you can prestige. This allows you to lose all your exp to start over , but you get something in return! The other mode is Hardcore Mode is which you have 1 life, and one life only! Progress gets tracked on how long you alive, how many zombies killed, etc and its stops when you die, then restarts the progress, like a leader board for competitive to be the BEST RUNNER IN Harran! Let me know what you think about this!
  7. Steam Workshop I am curious to know if there will be any plans in the future to add a Steam Workshop element. If not or you are considering it here are some reasons there should be a Workshop: The Steam Workshop offers so many features that the community can help with When a game has Workshop capabilities it helps keep the community alive with most games Many people would love to see all the awesome idea's people in the community would come up with and create Many people get bored of games quickly after they beat a game and don't want to just max out there character (I know there are plans for a DLC) but in the mean time players can download some add-on's from the workshop to mess around with such as Weapons Abilities New sections and maps to explore New characters New enemies New zombies Or maybe just some fun things to add and mess around! There are endless possibilities and reasons people would love to have a workshop, why not add one? Of course the game is coming out on the 27th and this just might be a little to late; but if you could add this on after the release people would love it! Please consider it. Thank you.
