  1. Just wanna say that I enjoyed this zombiefest. The night hunter felt like he should be, a terrifying and clever predator that rules the night. It is humbling to know that you and the team are still working on this game, and are still trying to improve upon the pvp aspect of this game. Now I hear we have future DLC on the way, and I can't wait to see what it will all bring. Personally, I'm hoping that one of the dlc allows you to play as the night hunter outside of pvp. Like a story mode expac for him facing these new enemies coming to the game or an origin story. Or challenge maps that would need you to utilize all your skills as a hunter, hell the ability to be able to free roam with this character would be awesome. The difficulty would depend on our level as the night hunter, as each skill could be utilized in different ways to complete our objective. I understand this might simply be wishful thinking, but I do hope you all at Techland will expand on this character someday. It would be nice to know the backstory of Crane's undead polar opposite.
  2. Another thing, I don't have matchmaking, I only have quick match. Is this a common problem to all that have xbox one, or just to those who preordered the game?
  3. Yeah uh, I just want to know if the whole rank list is broken. I'm a level 29 zombie, and my rank went all the way back to walker after the patch on my xbox one. Before that I was a runner on level 25, is the rank broken or did the patch reset the zombies strength if it was high level already?
  4. You're right man, I mean I can't even pounce someone anymore. I'm forced to resolve to my melee skills, which are a joke, and my other abilities which the human players dodge with ease. It's just not fair as the zombie anymore, humans are just too OP now.
  5. So yeah, I got the game on it's release day, and got the bonuses that came with it. Overall, I love this game, and the freedom it gives me. I mean jumping from rooftop to rooftop is so much fun, and it feels rewarding to level up. Even though the storyline wasn't that original, it still felt satisfying to defeat the big bad guy, and help those people...I feel sorry for Rahim and Jade. Now I've finished the main story line, and am still trying to invade other people as the Night Hunter. Right now, be the zombie mode just sucks, whenever I try to invade someone, I can never find a match. Don't get me wrong, I still love running around in the Night Hunter's lobby, but I've only been able to invade 2 worlds, it just seems no one plays at night in the game. Or if they do, they prefer their friends over random people, so it's frustrating being the zombie when there are no humans to stalk. So to the developers, I must say, Be the zombie is fun, but it'd be even better if we could play the Night Hunter outside the multiplayer. It would be fun if we could free roam in Harran as the Night Hunter, and it would help zombie players level up just as much as the human players. Really, we have all those skills, and we can only use it on four people, depending on how many are actually in the match. For me, this is a complete waste of potential for the only other playable character in this game. You can't really level up the Night Hunter if the only way is to invade other players worlds, by that time the human players are OP, giving them an advantage. So I say there should be a Be the Zombie storyline, where you the Night Hunter, must defeat your own antagonist. It could be someone who is insane like Rais, and begins to butcher humans and zombies alike, including the Night Hunter's nests, and you as the Night Hunter must bring this person down. Or it could be Kyle himself, you'd have to hunt him down, and kill those who would get in your way, therefore making it possible for a Dying Light 2, if the devs are thinking of making another. Just saying, a lot more can be done with the Night Hunter, I just hope that you the devs think of this if your planning any future DLC missions or storylines in this beautiful and terrifying game. Reply or follow this if you think the Night Hunter should have his own storyline.
  6. Yes it would be nice to invade as a human, but that's not all I meant. I also meant it that it would be nice to actually free run and play as the zombie with it's own side missions. I mean it's cool to stalk other players, but it would have been nice to enemy NPC's for our zombie to fight, cause it seems just being able to get experience points from invasion won't be enough. I was hoping to do more with this undead character since it had potential story qualities, being that it is Kyle's undead polar opposite, but I guess I just have to settle for night time only invasions.
  7. YES THANK YOU, I LOVED THE TRAILER. I was a bit disappointed when it said you could only invade as the zombie, but I guess it will have to do. The zombie just looks badass, and I can't wait to play as it, I just hope many players won't turn the option off. Really you guys at Techland are the best, once the game comes out, I'm immediately going to kill you all as the zombie. Nothing personal, I just love to cause chaos.
  8. Hi Han, nice to hear from you again. And yes I knew that, which still proves my point. Kyle is our main character, and survivor of the epidemic, so shouldn't he have some kind of personal enemy to fight? I understand that the zombies are fearsome enemies all on their own, but you could easily dispatch them during day, and your smart enough to evade them at night. Now what I'm saying, is that the Hunter could be that "One" enemy Kyle has trouble dispatching. Like you said, Kyle is our main character, and protagonist of the story, no one else is like him. The Hunter could easily play the role of the antagonist, since it's the only rare zombie mutation of it's kind in the city, like how Kyle seems to be the only one that can parkour at the moment. Even if the Hunter won't be the main antagonist, he could still be that one monster Kyle knows, would be a problem. It would still be good story wise, it would be like man vs monster. From what we learned in the trailers, Kyle is trying to keep from giving in to the darkness and becoming a monster, while the Hunter could very well be that monster in darkness. What I'm trying to say is, Kyle and the hunter are two sides of the same coin. Both are special in their own right, and both don't seem to die when you try to shoot them or club them to death. This is why I'd like the hunter to be playable at all times, not only would it give Kyle his own rival, it'd also mean that the main bad guys of the story would have more to worry about then just a guy who can run up buildings. Not only would the hunter fight Kyle, he or it would be fighting the main antagonist as well. It certainly would help the zombie character level up like the main character, and it would also make sense story wise. Sorry for the long reply, but this is how much potential I think the game has, and I just hope to do more then just hack and slash. I want to feel the characters, feel fear, desperation, tough decisions, and survival with Kyle, and feel as powerful, fearsome, monstrous, and top dog with the Hunter.
  9. Dear Dying Light developers I don't mean to complain, but the hunter should be playable all the time, instead of just playable at night. There was potential in this zombie character, you could have given the Hunter a story as well. If there are other playable characters in what you all promise to be an even better story then Dead Island, wouldn't the night hunter have some kind of involvement with the 4 survivors, or Kyle? If you think about it, the night hunter is the 5th playable character in the game, so it means it has some kind of importance, or at least I thought it did. In fact, you could have involved the zombie in the story, like have the zombie get cutscenes as well. The story would have been the same, the 4 badass survivors would try and to figure out some way they can get out of the mess, while the very rare mutation of the virus (the invader), which can THINK, is hunting them, like a slasher. Complications would arise, as both the survivors and the hunter would struggle to stay alive, while murderous humans and other messed up mutations of the virus, aim to take all of them down. Who's to say the Night Hunter is liked by all the zombies? I can imagine it getting into a fight with those giant bruisers, just to eat some poor human, who had been scavenging for food. This could be a side mission for the zombie player. Just saying, you guys could have put more thought into what might have been another crucial part in the storyline. Still, I won't complain, since be the zombie mode is just you invading other players worlds, but please don't just have us protecting hives. The zombie is called the "The Hunter" not the guardian, or daddy, I just want to be able to stalk other players, not fight them until they kill all the hives. I was really hoping to at least have the zombie more accessible, it would give me the time and ability to actually level up the hunter. Heck light would have been it's perfect weakness, in daylight it wouldn't be able to use it's tendrils, it would have to use parkour like the humans would, and navigate around the map to get it's prey. I only hope you all take this under consideration. If not everything else I said, then at least have us do more with the zombie, then have us just guard hives with one. I mean it's fine, but let it be a side mission for the hunter, and take out the whole invasion mode. Being the zombie would be more fun if you just pitted players against each other in regular story mode, and not some different mode all together. Free roaming as the zombie would be nice. Well, now you know what I think. I just hope to able to free roam as the hunter, and not be held down by day and night rules. If I wanted to just play at a certain time, or place a match just to play the monster, I would just have to play Evolve. You have 4 against 1, I don't have a problem since the zombie is pretty powerful, but in a match against 4 other players when guarding the hive, all they would have to do is split up, and while you're fighting 1 or 2, the others could easily go for the hives. The hunter shouldn't be held down by night either,if it needs to sleep, then let it sleep in it's own safe house like a human is able to. That gives the zombie player the choice to seek out other people who are playing in day or night. As for getting into buildings, well all you'd have to do is find a conveniently broken window or open sewer hole. Anyway, I just hope you guys at Techland see this, I don't wanna sound like I'm complaining, but this would all be a nice feature, and it would help sell the game. Other then that, I think the games going pretty well, I just hope not to see many bugs.

  11. I'm ok with split screen, me and my brother could work together, so I say yes.
