  1. Thanks for the tip! Unfortunately I had no time to deal with this problem recently, coulnd't even develop my map further, but I'll try this out shortly!
  2. Totally wrong I guess First I insert an NPC (Assets -> Object Types), choose the skin, then I change it's class in the Attributes menu to DeadRagdoll. I tick m_EnableWakeUp and m_EnableOnAppear. In the Attributes window, under the Field tab I change m_PhysicsScript to ragdoll_ai_hanging.phx. ...and actually I'm stuck at this point. I see it's not enough. If I leave these options this way, the body falls on the ground when I touch it. It also has a weird looking pose like simply standing in the air. Not even close to the one in the main game. I tried to attach the deadguy to the rope as well (parent field) but he keeps falling down, so it's clearly not working. I don't even have the slightest clue what to do or whether I'm trying it the right way but missing just a small detail, or am I doing it completelly the wrong way.
  3. Hey guys! I'd like to ask whether it is possible to make a hanging dead body? I've seen it in the main game in the Slums, in OT and even in the DLC as far as I remember. Yet I cannot find any solution - mine either falls immediately on the ground or it is just 'standing' in the air unrealistically, or even disappears if I get too close. I couldn't find any hint neither here nor in the steam forums about this topic. Thanks in advance!
  4. Wow! I'd have never figured it out by myself. Thank youuuu!
  5. Hey guys, I'm actually not a pro and I'm facing a problem I don't know how to solve. I'd like to ask whether it is possible to create a trigger event that is only lasting for a given amount of time. To be more specific, I want to use a PhysicalSwitchDI that turns on lights, but after a minute it automatically switches off, so the lights go out (but you can turn it on again on purpose). Is it possible to do that and if yes, how? Thx for help in advance!
  6. Well, I don't find UseColor skin option under the skin tab :'( It looks as if my survivor will have to enjoy a brown bed instead of a blue one. I hope he likes that color too Thank you anyway!!!
  7. Hi there, fellow zombie hunters! I have a problem with the (custom) colors of some of my objects. I try to describe it as good as I can. So, in my custom map, I actually placed a bed (slums_bed_a.msh) in a room. It's default base color is brown, with white parts on it. I chage both color region in the 'misc' tab to blue (same skin), but it only remains blue until i turn off the editor. After I restart, it gets back to it's original color. Same thing occurs with some other objects (di_towels_a.msh for example). So I do not want to change the skin, only just the color. Yep, I know there are many objects which cannot be colorized, but these are not one of them. They just seem to lack the ability to remain 'painted'. It is strange, especially because if I do the same thing with some other objects, they stay whatever color I set - even after restart. For example, next to my beloved, yet wrong-colored bed, there's a table (ot_office_table.msh), which is, by default, white. I colorized it green, an it is green ever since, no matter how many times I restart the editor. Am I doing something wrong? Any idea? Thank you in advance!
